Gratitude journals are always a good idea, but what I really like about what you've done is the stylistic consistency. I would be all over the map if I did this concentrating more on the idea, but I love the use of the same colors. If I were doing the challenge, I would re-create your image and be grateful simply for blue and how you've done this.
I'm in! November 1st...perfect time to start... and a month with 30 days! thank you for the inspiration. I have been workign to get back in to drawing practise and this is the best way to keep it steady while also reflecting on my MANY blessings. Calming my mind helps with creativity for sure.
